Terms & Conditions

1. COMMISSIONED ARTWORK:

All artwork , including digital illustrations , quote frames , cards , and other creations , are made and printed to order are non- refundable once the commision has been confirmed and payment received .

2.COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: 

All commissioned artworks created by The Art Spectrum are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of The Art Spectrum . Clients may not reproduce , distribute , or use commissioned artworks for commercial purposes without prior written consent from The Art Spectrum .

3.ALTERATIONS AND REVISIONS

In your customised potraits , the client will be getting 4 free changes in thier artwork before printing . Minor alterations and revisions may be accommodated within reason , but major alterations after 4 changes to the original commission may be subject to additional fees.

4.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Digital artworks will be delivered via email or file transfer , while physical items such as printed potraits will be shipped to the address provided by the client . Shipping costs may apply and will be communicated prior to finalising the order .

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a commision has been confirmed and payment recieved , cancellations are not permitted.

6.RIGHT TO REFUSE 

The Art Spectrum reserves the right to refuse any commission request deemed innapropriate , offensive , or in violation of copyright laws .

 

By commissioning artwork from The Art Spectrum , clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
